Full submersion
Hardware is submerged in sealed tanks filled with non-flammable, non-conductive dielectric fluid — delivering superior thermal contact at the chip level.

Phase change at the source
Fluid boils directly at chip surfaces. The phase-change process absorbs heat far more efficiently than any forced-air or liquid-to-chip approach.

Closed-loop condensation
Vapour rises, condenses on an overhead coil, and returns as liquid. A fully closed loop — no water, no chillers, no high-risk connection points.
